Upon arrival, our superior queen room overlooking the interior patio was already prepared for us.

The rooms at Emporio Zacatecas are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a convenient bar service. The hotel boasts the best location in Zacatecas, being close to all attractions and restaurants. 

We would recommend this hotel, spent here excellent 1 night. Truly enjoyed this comfortable property because of wonderful position along with amazingly nice staff. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, had clean functional bathroom.  

Comfortable hotel with amiable staff and a perfect view of the baroque cathedral. Great central location next to all the sites Zacatecas has to offer. Just minutes away from Teleferico.

It is a top rated and well-maintained property located in Zacatecas Historic Centre district close enough to Zacatecas on an overnight bus at about 5 or 6am as well as beautiful gardens. The staff is genuinely helpful and the food is GOOD. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The place is conveniently located near shops, the historic center, and a mountain, and serves a tasty breakfast with plenty of meal options.

This place has an incredible location just steps away from Juarez Garden, a wide variety of food options for American breakfast, and very friendly staff always ready to help with a smile.

Great central location, delicious breakfast, excellent service. Quiet despite being in the downtown area. Comfortable rooms with nice decor.

Very helpful staff, rooms and accomodations were very comfortable, room service and food was impressive as well. The View was great the balcony excellent. My Lady and I enjoyed everything and will return

Some problems when checking out with price of breakfast, but finally solved.

It's worth its 5 stars. It's a great place for visiting all of Zacatecas' major attractions. The manager is amazing. The king-size bed was nice and we slept well. It's so close to downtown, just a 15-minute walk. We enjoyed having an onsite restaurant, 

All nice, everything you need for the trip. The superior room is neat and modern. Excellent service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi.

This hotel is very comfortable and in a fantastic location.

Very few staff speak English.
